Program Path

Step One:
Complete the Pre-Registration Form for the Preferred Stream (1 or 2).

Academic Courses

Step 2:
Your child is matched to their Tutor/Instructor and once approved, the parent, the child, and the Tutor/Instructor sign the Enrollment Agreement. A deposit is paid to confirm the scheduled learning block.

Classroom Time

Step 3:
Development and approval of the Learning plan.

Taught by Queen's Experts

Step 4:
Sessions begin.

Connect with Peers

Step 5:
Week-4 parent check-in. Meeting time set aside for the parent to check in with the tutor either with the child or not.

Classroom Time

Step 6:
Exit Evaluation Completed by Tutor & Student. Formal Feedback opportunity for the parent.


Tutoring / Individual Instruction



This program provides eight 80 minute sessions with your tutor or instructor tailored to your child’s needs, along with a unique learning plan and recommendations for future learning. Parents have two opportunities expressly set aside for feedback and to check in on the tutoring progress.
